  • My favorite part of coaching has been discovering the WHY behind all of my actions. Instead of thinking "I can't do that because...," I now think "How can I make this happen?"

    Sarah, Coaching Client

  • I think about little things from our coaching sessions literally every day! I’m grateful for our sessions together. They have built me back up again!

    Mary , Coaching Client

  • What made coaching with Rozalind so amazing was her infectious positivity but also her bluntness. There was no holding back on telling me what I needed to hear. All of her incredible thought-provoking exercises really got me out of my head and able to see clearly what my next steps and possibilities were.

    Rosemary, Coaching Client

  • Rozalind models what she teaches. She is one of the most inspiring, joyful, and encouraging people I know. When I met Rozalind, I was struggling to finish scoring my first feature film. As composers, we know that to be in demand, we must deliver above and beyond what our directors ask for on time and we must be a joy to work with. Rozalind helped me learn how to be a better person and how to be more creative and productive. I highly recommend Rozalind's coaching to anyone who has big dreams and is working to accomplish them.

  • Coaching looks different for everyone - but at its heart, it’s about having someone in your corner who really sees you, listens without judgment, and helps you come back to what’s true for you.

I meet you right where you’re at - whether you’re feeling stuck, stretched too thin, or just quietly wondering, “Is this it?”

Some clients come to coaching wanting to set better boundaries, reclaim time for themselves and finally prioritize their own well-being. Others want to feel more confident, visible and creatively alive - but they’re tangled in self-doubt or decision fatigue. Many just need space to process everything they’re holding and hear their own voice again.

We create that space - together.

Through intuitive conversation, deep listening and powerful tools (including the Thinking Environment work inspired by Nancy Kline), we untangle what’s been in the way and move toward what’s calling.

You don’t need to have it all figured out to start. You just need to be willing to show up.

Here’s what coaching can support you with:

✨ Reconnecting to your confidence, voice and clarity
✨ Creating sustainable habits and boundaries that actually feel good
✨ Gaining focus and momentum without burning out
✨ Communicating with more ease and self-trust
✨ Feeling more fulfilled, grounded and seen in your work and relationships
✨ Learning how to take up space in your own life - in a way that feels safe and real

Clients often tell me they feel lighter, more hopeful, more focused - and like they’re finally coming home to themselves.

And here’s what it’s done for me:

Coaching has truly changed my life.
I’ve gone from feeling unsure and invisible to knowing that what I have to offer is valuable and needed. It’s helped me find more balance, deepen my relationships, create aligned goals, and trust myself in a way I never knew was possible. It’s been a place where I could be fully me—and that’s what I now hold space for in others.

It’s hard to describe the transformation that happens in coaching. It often feels like magic - because it comes from you remembering your own power, your own rhythm, and your own voice.

If any of this is resonating with you, let’s talk.

  • Such a great question — and one I get asked often.

If you're in Canada and you weren’t expecting to see prices listed in U.S. dollars, I completely understand how that might feel a bit surprising or even more expensive than first anticipated.

I'm doing my best to make sure it’s clearly marked as USD everywhere, so if you notice a spot where that’s not the case, feel free to reach out and let me know.

Here’s why I price my offerings in U.S. dollars:

    • It’s the standard in the coaching world, especially for online offerings.

    • Many of the folks I serve — through my mailing list, collaborations, and programs — live outside of Canada.

    • All of the core systems I use to run my business (like website hosting, payment platforms, software, and professional development) are billed in USD — so aligning with that helps keep things steady behind the scenes.

If I were to shift to Canadian dollars, it wouldn’t just be a currency change — the prices themselves would adjust to reflect the original USD value.

A $500 USD program, for example, would become about $675–700 CAD based on current exchange rates.

This choice is simply about creating clarity, simplicity, and sustainability for the work I offer — and I so appreciate your understanding.

  • I will advise you on some suggested reading from time to time and will provide you with a personal folder on Google Drive where I will share written resources, journal prompts, audio resources, video links and more.

We will track your wins to celebrate your achievements - both big and small!

We do session reflections towards the end of each call where we pick one action you will take after our session as a result of what you’ve discovered from our call.

I recommend having a pen and blank notebook to write notes in.

  • Our first session is a chance for us both to explore whether we’re a good fit to work together.

Mutual trust and respect are at the heart of any meaningful coaching relationship. It’s important that you feel safe to show up as your full self, and that you feel supported, seen and heard in our space together.

You’re welcome to ask as many questions as you like about the coaching process. I also encourage you to share your personal and professional goals, along with any hopes, curiosities or expectations you’re bringing into this experience.

This time is yours - and it starts with us getting to know what matters most to you.

  • That depends on the client. There's no set rule. It depends a lot on your goals and the pace at which you want to go.

  • Book a complimentary consult call using this link. I look forward to connecting with you!
