P4 Västmanland Sveriges Radio Performance / Interview
Playing on P4 Västmanland Sveriges Radio was a heartwarming experience I will always remember. Don’t think I’ve ever felt so nervous performing live on air before. The room was electric! It’s a rare treat when you get to perform the world premiere of a piece in the country where the piece was composed and with your collaborative partners in the room. Sweden’s Mary Read were fantastic! Check out the performances and interviews.. My segment starts around 2/3rds of the way in but I recommend you check out Mary Read too. They are doing something truly unique and special as they mix Swedish folk music with electronics. Tack to Per Erik Jonsson for the excellent engineering! Newfoundland Herald Feature
A priceless moment as I picked up a copy of the The Newfoundland Herald and discovered a 2-page spread. For a ‘come from away’ who moved to Newfoundland 10 years ago, there is no bigger honour than to see yourself featured in a magazine that doesn’t get more Newfoundland!
