GREAT NEWS! I’ve been invited to showcase in Dallas, Texas for the 48th Annual The National Flute Association Convention. This is the largest convention for flutists in the world and such a HUGE honour to be a part of! Dallas will be buzzing with thousands of flutists from all over! The convention will celebrate the many diverse ways that flutists forge distinct paths in our community.
I’ll be collaborating with a bunch of cool flute cats for a career panel called, KNOW YOUR WORTH: TIPS FOR ENTREPRENEURIAL MUSICIANS which will feature nuggets of career wisdom by Katherine Isbill Emeneth, Nicole Riccardo, Greg Pattillo, Lindsey J. Goodman, Adam Workman and yours truly.
I’ll also be performing in a LIVE MUSIC & YOGA workshop with Gemeinhardt Teaching Artist, Matthew Allison. Matthew will be guiding us through a chair yoga sequence designed for flutists as I perform the live soundtrack of LOVE & LET BE on my beautiful Gemeinhardt Musical Instruments Ali Ryerson alto flute and electronics.
