FROM THE RIVER TO THE OCEAN won ECMA Electronic Recording of the Year! My heart is filled to the brim. I head back home to St. John’s today, celebrating this victory that only happens from a wonderful team of people recognizing my vision and supporting me every step of the way!
My head and heart is exploding from meeting with music professionals from all different aspects of the industry at #ECMA2017. What a wonderful group of people you all are! I am grateful to have such a treasure box to take back with me to Newfoundland and am excited to share this wealth of valuable knowledge with my music community.
THANK YOU East Coast Music Association (ECMA) for putting together such a great selection of panelists, workshops, showcases and one on one meetings for all of us. It has been inspiring, motivating and empowering. I feel lucky to have been a part of it.
THANK YOU to all of the #ECMA2017 staff and volunteers who all did such a stellar job and to the lovely people of Saint John 
who made us ‘come from aways’ feel right at home.
I am going to greatly miss all of the wonderful people I have connected with here. From Dawn and Vince who left green juice in their fridge for me every day and lugged my gear back and forth to and from the music venues to my dear cousin, Shelley and her partner Peter who spoiled me rotten as they took me to visit special places and introduced me to their beautiful family.
THANK YOU Peter Rowan and the amazing volunteers of #QualityBlockParty who introduced me to such amazing music and gave me wonderful performing opportunities.
THANK YOU to TD Soundwaves and the gifted students of Harbour View High School. I have so many wonderful memories of a beautiful time sharing my work with them and helping them tap into their talent as we got all ‘loopy’ in their auditorium.
THANK YOU to all of the fine folks at #MusicNL who have been so good to me, inviting me to perform on Radio ECMA and supporting my crazy dreams every step of the way.
